FRSC Approves Issuance of Two PIC Q&As (01-12)

The Financial Reporting Standards Council (FRSC) has approved on January 25, 2012 the issuance of two Q&As approved by the Philippine Interpretations Committee (PIC):
- Q&A No. 2011-04: PAS 32.37-38 - Costs of Public Offering of Shares
- Q&A No. 2011-05: PFRS 1.D1-D8 - Fair Value or Revaluation as Deemed Cost
The FRSC has submitted the Q&As to the Board of Accountancy for approval.
The Q&As are posted in the FRSC website under Interpretations.
