CPE on the Road & Induction of Officers FY 2009-2010

The Chapter held a CPE on The Road activity on November 7, 2009 at Wil’s Diner Restaurant and Sports Bar in Calapan City. The topic was “Latest Tax Issues and Effective Tax Management”. The keynote speaker for this seminar was Dr. Ruperto Somera, PhD, DBA, CPA.

The total number of participants was 77 of which 27 are PICPA members. The rest were bookkeepers and accounting personnel of private entities.

 

The seminar started at 8:30AM until 3:30 PM. The Chapter has its Induction of Officers for the year 2009-2010 by National President Antonio P. Tecson. He also delivered the inspirational speech after the induction.

Our other guests who witnessed the affair were Mr. Jose Cabalum, PICPA EVP, Ms. Rosalina Pangilinan, Junior Reg. Director – Southern Tagalog Region, and Mr., Dominador Barrion, Past Regional Director. The guests also gave us inspirational messages.
