BUILDING, GROUNDS AND FACILITIES

Our PICPA building is a home to all members and a show case especially to our visitors from abroad. All members should take conscious effort to make our building clean, secured and well maintained. Repairs and maintenance program should be undertaken on a regular basis.

This committee is tasked to ensure that the PICPA building, grounds and facilities are properly maintained, clean and orderly , and adequately secured at all times .and PICPA maintains an appropriate maintenance program for its assets..

FUNCTIONS

1. In coordination with the Vice President for Operations, determine policies for the proper use of the building, grounds and facilities and undertake the necessary steps to properly implement these policies.
   
   
2. Develop an overall plan and program that covers the frequency and kind of maintenance, such as general painting, repairs general cleaning, etc and determine the cost of implementing such maintenance program so that this can be properly budgeted in the year of expected incurrence.
   
   
3. Make periodic inspections of building, grounds and facilities and undertake necessary actions to ensure cleanliness, maintenance and security.
   
   
4. Make a regular review of contracts with service companies and see to it that the scope of services as agreed upon are complied with.
   
   
5. Develop the Committee’s Plans and Budget for approval by the Liaison Director and for submission during the Annual Planning Conference.
