INDUCTION

The Induction of PICPA National Directors, officers, committee chairs and others are scheduled in one of the days of the Accountancy Week .This committee is tasked to ensure that Induction ceremonies can serve as fitting transition of authority to the incoming administration. This year’s induction may include Chapter Presidents as well as the officers and directors of Metro Manila Region. Excess induction funds are to be used to cover part of the general expenses of the National Office. This Committee is tasked to coordinate with the Accountancy Week Committee and with the Metro Manila Regions Induction Committee.

FUNCTIONS

1. Select, firm up and prepare a fitting venue as well as facilities and to serve other requirements for the occasion.

2. Coordinate with the Accountancy Week Committee and with the Metro Manila Region if the MMR Induction will be held simultaneously with the National Induction.
   
   
3. Prepare a program of activities and inform all persons concerned.
   
   
4. Formally document such event through a special issue of the PICPA Publications and a press release.
   
   
5. Solicit funds for the occasion
   
   
6. Develop Plans and Budget for approval of the Liaison Director and for submission during the Annual Planning Conference.
