What is the Adobe Acrobat Reader?
The Acrobat Reader was developed by Adobe Systems Incorporated to provide an efficient and effective method of storing, filing and distributing documents via the internet.

How do I read the various documents in the site?
There are certain documents (e.g. forms, exposure drafts, etc) in our site that were saved using the Adobe "portable document format" or PDF file. You will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in your system so you can view or print such documents. Download it here for FREE!

I am a PICPA member, why don't I have access to certain documents or articles?
Not all documents are for general viewing. Certain documents are restricted to those members who have subscribed to our WebServices. Apply now and take full advantage of this website.

Is there a fee to subscribe to the WebServices?
Yes. There is an annual subscription fee of Php 500.

Can I print or view the articles or documents online?
As long as you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed and running properly on your system, you should be able to view, print and even download our documents.
